How this is calculated
Overall grade = Current Grade × (1 − Final Weight) + Final Exam Score × Final Weight. To find the score needed for a target grade, this is rearranged to: Final Score = (Desired Grade − Current Grade × (1 − Final Weight)) ÷ Final Weight. The lowest/highest possible overall grade assume a 0% or 100% final exam score.
